We are looking to expand our internal workforce by adding a HEAD OF OPERATIONAL CONTRACT MANAGEMENT FOR PETROCHEMICAL PLANTS (MANAGER)
This individual will join the Operations division and will be responsible for: Managing Customer Relations with regard to contracts. Supervising activities on site, managing and organising own personnel and vehicles and those of subcontractors where necessary. Preparing paperwork relating to safety, the environment and logistics (in accordance with facility procedures) with regard to waste management (formal type classifications, DAS [Italian Declaration of Waste Disposal], waste consignment, storage, transport). They will be appointed as a job site manager and supervisor. Their immediate supervisor will be the Project Manager.
Requirements: A technical degree; minimum 3 years’ previous experience in a similar environmental services management role inside a petrochemical plant.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, scrupulous, possess leadership and decision-making skills, be teamwork and result oriented, and have an aptitude for creating and managing relationships of trust with clients.

Job location: Ravenna and Central and Northern Italy
Salary grade and contract type: consistent with the candidate's actual experience and skills.
