A brand new booth and a renowned chef: Those are the two biggest new things you can expect from Riccoboni Holding at the 23rd edition of Ecomondo, the benchmark trade fair for industrial and technological innovation in the circular economy, to be held at the Rimini Expo Centre from 5 to 8 November.

The first involves a complete restyling of the graphic design that greets visitors to our location (Booth 114, Pavilion C1), a space also enhanced by our updated company video and new claim, launched for the occasion: “Innovation, Passion, Sustainability.” During the fair, Riccoboni Holding will also be welcoming Marco Parizzi, one of Italy's most notable chefs, whose restaurant “Da Parizzi” in Parma has been awarded a Michelin star. He will be hosting several events at the booth, focusing on food waste and raising awareness about the issue: “Eco” Cooking Show (6 November, 12.00 noon), an “Impromptu” Gelato-Fest (7 November, 11.30 a.m.) and an “Eco” Happy Hour (7 November, 4.30 p.m.).
