Purpose

Personal Data is collected in order to respond to the Data Subject’s request and, more specifically, in order to verify hiring/collaboration requirements, as well as to protect the company.

Methods

The Data will be processed by specifically authorised personnel using the computer-based systems currently available or using hard copies. The Data Controller shall adopt technological and organisational measures suitable to the level of risk.

Disclosure and categories of recipients

The Data will be processed by authorised parties. It shall be disclosed to third parties solely for the purposes of selection and evaluation intrinsic to establishing a relationship; protection of the Data Subject’s rights is guaranteed. The Data may also be transmitted to other companies in the Group to which the Data Controller belongs, where this is permitted by law. The Data collected will never be disseminated.

Data retention period

Data Subjects’ Personal Data shall be retained for a maximum of up to 1 (one) year.

Transfer of data abroad

The Data Subject’s Personal Data will not be transmitted to third countries. In the event that, in future, Personal Data needs to transferred to third countries or international organisations, this will be done in compliance with all of the provisions of Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, so as to ensure a sufficient level of protection.

Rights of the Data Subject

The Data Subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their Personal Data, its rectification or erasure, the right to request that its processing be limited or to object to its processing. You also have the right to request complete and detailed information about your rights by writing to the address of the Data Controller.

Right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority

If you believe that the processing of your Data has violated your dignity, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority.

Nature of data provision and consent

The Data is provided by the candidate voluntarily when they present their Curriculum Vitae, unsolicited by the Data Controller. The failure to provide any data that may be subsequently requested by the Data Controller may make it impossible to verify the prerequisites for employment and/or for initiating a collaboration and, therefore, the possibility of establishing a relationship with the Data Controller. Consent to data processing is not necessary, insofar as the Data to be processed is contained in the CV spontaneously sent by the Data Subject for the purpose of potentially establishing an relationship of employment/collaboration.
