We are looking to expand our internal workforce by adding a Tenders Department Coordinator.
This individual will join the Tenders Department and will be responsible for: coordinating activities within the Tenders Department, from selection of tenders to presentation of final bids, ensuring existing company qualifications are maintained and kept up-to-date, and managing the expansion of the company's pool of strategic clients. Their immediate supervisor will be the Head of the Business Office.
Requirements: A technical diploma or degree; several years of experience in the construction/environmental sector; a knowledge of the law in force with regard to project contracts and tenders and the ability to interpret calls for tender from a technical/financial as well as an administrative standpoint are essential; excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and of business English. Willing to travel on temporary assignment.
The ideal candidate will be able to plan and schedule activities independently and be skilled at analysing situations and at problem solving.

Job location: Parma
Salary grade and contract type: consistent with the candidate's actual experience and skills.
